iSpace, Inc. (El Segundo, CA) is looking for Manual Testing Engineer

Job Description	Candidate must have strong background and experience on Manual testing, database testing concepts, Methodologies, SDLC models. Should have experience on Web application testing, functional testing for web and mobile applications. Strong analytical, problem solving and trouble shooting skills. Must have experience in doing smoke, functional/system, regression Testing. Should be strong in Web based application testing, good in developing the test scenarios, writing test cases, defect reporting. Should be a key player in performing test triage Understanding of defect life cycle, give defect description, provide test evidences Good to have been part of automation solutions/ test automation frameworks development. Must have good verbal and written communication skills SQL level Testing: Profound knowledge in writing SQL queries (insert, update, delete, select use various joins) Good in writing basic level stored procedures using built-in functions and aggregate functions (count, sum, average, etc). Verifying the data integrity Verifying reports using self-written queries Responsibilities: Responsible for analysing, generating, estimating and delivering project within the constraints of time, cost and quality, to the customers satisfaction, acting as a responsible point of contact for the team Develop and execute the test plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan. To perform the end to end database test scenarios. To interact with international customer independently To Mentor the team as well as to update them-self. Create test cases, and document. Research and implement Best practices, trends and processes in projects Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization.
