  Blocsys Technologies Private Limited is looking for HR & Operations Executive



Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. This job offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resource management and operational functions within a professional environment.

Requirements:

A master`s degree or completed a bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

Assist in the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Support onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
Help manage employee records and documentation.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Provide administrative support for HR-related queries and processes.

Operations Management:

Oversee daily office management tasks to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
Track and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
Support in coordinating vendor management and procurement processes.
Assist in organizing and scheduling office events and meetings.
Monitor and update operational documentation and processes as needed.
