  Conduent Inc | Mission Critical Services & Solutions is looking for Automation Testing/ Lead Engineer



Job Description

Candidate should have a Bachelor`s/ Master`s degree in Computer Science/ IT/ Engineering or equivalent with strong hands on experience in Automation testing, Quality Assurance. Manages automation projects, usually a team size of ~15 resources, their work allocation and day to day reviews.

Assists the manager in framework design, maintenance and enhancements for one of the areas
(Performance, automation or security testing)

Designs and develops analysis and feasibility study for all projects assigned.
Executes PoCs for all projects assigned including selection of tools based on application technology platform.
Is recognized as an expert working with data driven and CI/ CD frameworks.
Publishes monthly metrics on ROI, benefits, automation framework enhancements and project completion or accomplishments.
