Job Description

Candidate Should Be Graduate/ Post Graduate with 5 to 7 years of experience in HR and Admin Activities. He/She
should have working. Experience in Manufacturing Industry and from PCMC area. Should have through knowledge about HR activities. Ability to work with the team general profile. Should adher to process specified and maintain proper documentation.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Pay Roll Processing of all Employees
2. Talent Acquisition, Recruitment and Onboarding
3. Canteen Management
4. Employee Connect - Birthdays/Uniform/Pooja celebrations
5. Statutory Compliances
6. Documentation of Employees working on Sites
7. General Administration /House keeping/Office Management
8. Working on Systems/QMS -ISO/ERP
9. MIS Reports as Required
10. Performance Management /Year Apprisal Process/Market Correction
11. Employee Emngagement - R&R, Compensation and Benifits
12. Training and Development
13. Handling Contractors and Contract Compliances
