  Zouma Creative Studios Pvt. Limited is looking for Technical Support Executive



Job Description



We are looking for candidates with proven experience in a technical support role, preferably with expertise in Microsoft 365. Must have strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering solutions efficiently.
Flexibility to work in UK shift timings (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM).
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Microsoft 365 or related IT fields is highly desirable.
Prior experience in supporting international clients, especially UK-based, is a plus.

Key Requirements-

Provide technical support and assistance to clients via email, phone, or chat for resolving issues related to Microsoft 365 and other IT systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware systems.
Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring smooth functionality and addressing any reported issues promptly.
Document technical issues and resolutions in the company s knowledge base for future reference.
Collaborate with the internal team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Ensure adherence to company protocols and deliver excellent customer service in all interactions.

Shift Timing: UK Shift (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM)
Work Schedule: 5.5 days per week
