Job Description

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate + MBA (Good Communication Skill)
Experience: 0 to 5 years (IN recruitment Firm/ Origination)
Job Location: Pimpri, Pune

Key Responsibilities-

Handling End-to-End recruitment process.
Sourcing, Screening the Potential candidates using various Job portals (Naukri), Existing Database, Internal reference, Professional Social Networking sites (Facebook / LinkedIn), Job Postings, Walk-In Drives.
Posting the job requirements on Naukri, and LinkedIn based upon the responses, screen the profiles, check eligibility criteria, contact applicants,
Updating status report every day and maintaining weekly and monthly database.
Maintaining a good relationship with the candidate after they join the company to extend references.
