Job Description

We`re looking for talented PHP developers who`re interested in learning a new technology and want to switch their career to full-stack WordPress developer.

If you want to explore WordPress custom development in-depth and want to switch from being just a regular PHP developer to a full-stack WordPress developer who can code custom themes and plugins, then this job is for you. Hired candidates would be provided with full WordPress training but excellent PHP skills is a must to be shortlisted for this position.

Job Responsibilities-

Develop high performance, highly scalable, custom developed WordPress sites for clients.
Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins for clients.
Convert PSD, Adobe XD, Figma and Sketch designs to responsive and pixel-perfect WordPress websites.
Write efficient, robust, reusable and well comment code while adhering to WordPress coding standards.
Manage project tasks, timelines, and communication.

Must Have-

Highly proficient in core PHP development. This is very important.
Good knowledge of web technologies - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX and MySQL.
Well versed in object-oriented programming.
Knowledge of building responsive, mobile friendly websites with cross-browser compatibility.
Ability to work independently on projects.

Nice to Have
If you know WordPress a bit, that`s a plus point.
Git experience.

IMPORTANT NOTE-

We`re re-opening our office from 1st July, 2021, so you`ll be expected to join us from our office premises in Kharadi, Pune. The job will not be work from home.

We started our journey way back in 2012 and have been working as a standard website development firm, working on all sorts of projects in PHP and WordPress, like custom website development, plugin development, web app development and pretty much everything else that you can build with these two. Fast forward mid-2018, we made a big decision to shift the direction of our agency and niched down our services to provide just Design to Code conversion for our clients. The decision came partly because we were exceptionally good at it and had a lot of repeat clients for such projects, and partly because we loved doing frontend development and seeing our code give life to website designs.
