Quality Analyst/ Testing Engineer   




  LTIMindtree - Technology Consulting Services is looking for Quality Analyst/ Testing Engineer



Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate/ Post Graduate in Computer Science/ IT/ Engineering or Equivalent with 6 to 8 years of experience in performance testing and software quality assurance. Must have proficiency in performance testing tools eg JMeter BlazeMeter scripting languages and knowledge of software development life cycle

Required Skills-

Performance Testing -Execution (Baseline, Load, Endurance, Stress, Volume, Network, DR, Failover, Spike, Saas based/ COTS), Performance Testing -NFR Gathering (Log Analyis, User Interview, Reverse Engineering, NFR Documentation), Performance Testing -Performance Engineering, Performance Testing -Planning (Strategy, Approach, Estimation, Workload Modeling, Risk and Issue Management)

Key Responsibilities-

Design and Execute Test Plans Develop comprehensive performance test plans and execute them to validate system performance
Analyze Test Results Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement
Collaborate with Teams Work closely with development QA and other teams to address performance issues and implement solutions
Monitor System Performance Continuously monitor system performance to ensure it meets the required standards
Optimize Performance Suggest and implement performance optimization strategies to enhance system efficiency
Report Findings Prepare detailed performance testing reports and present findings to stakeholders
