Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate with 0 to 3 years of experience in 0 to 3 years of experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, Issue Resolution, IT Helpdesk, Troubleshooting. Must have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities-

Need to handle the Control Tower Events 24*7
Monitor the real time events
Track system issues through to resolution & Call to customers
Provide prompt and accurate feedback
Maintain a record of customer issues
Willingness to work in 24/7 shift
