Job Description	As a Plant HR and Admin, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all HR and administrative activities within the plant. You will ensure smooth operations of the facility, compliance with labor laws, employee engagement, and support the management team with daily administrative tasks. 1. HR Operations & Employee Management 2. Statutory Compliance & Labor Law Management 3. Administration & Facility Management 4. Employee Engagement & Welfare 5. Reporting & Documentation 6. Liasoning Required Key Skills: Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and statutory compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Understanding of health, safety, and environmental protocols. Ability to handle sensitive employee issues with discretion.
