  Startek India Private Limited is looking for Technical Support Executive



Job Description



Roles and Responsibilities

Helping the customers solve their queries over calls.
Providing proper solutions and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.
Provide technical support to the customers.
Identifying and fixing issues with software, hardware, networks, or systems
Addressing customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and compassionate manner

Preferred candidate profile: immediate joiners

Salient Features:
Day Rotational: Between 8 AM and 10 PM (For Female till 8 PM)
6 working days working and 1 day rotational off.
CTC: 25K

Education & Experience Qualifications for Multiple Requirements

Any Diploma/ Graduate
Freshers can also apply.
Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.

English + Hindi is mandatory
Mode of work: Work from Office

Mega walk-in drive from 5th to 14th December, 2024
Time: 9.30 AM - 5.30 PM
