Job Description

HCLTech Limited is conducting Walk-in for HR TL & Recruiter- 3rd to 5th December, 2024 (Immediate Joiner`s preferred)

Candidate should be Graduate with MBA (HR) or equivalent qualification with 5 to 8 years of experience in HR Administration, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Documentation, Compliance and Policies Management. Should have excellent communication & leadership skills.

Roles & Responsibilities-

Manage bulk hiring campaigns for various clients across different industries.
Source and recruit top talent through lateral hiring, non-IT recruitment, and volume hiring methods.
Conduct mass hiring events to attract large numbers of candidates.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective recruitment strategies and plans.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet client requirements.
