Job Description

ISON is currently hiring for a HR Recruiter. Looking for candidates who have handled Volume/ Bulk hiring preferably in a BPO industry.

Candidates should be Any Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in Volume/ Bulk hiring
Recruiting and interviewing skills, Phone, Skype, and online meeting platform skills
Persons having experience in Volume/ Bulk hiring in a consultancy can also apply

Job Responsibilities:

Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates.
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Salary best in the industry plus performance based incentives.
