Work Experience: 0 year to 3 years
Can work from home
Must have good logical skills & can solve SQL / PLSQL Queries
Experience in data base and excellent Communication Skills
Acknowledging Support tickets
Management of projects in support
Debugging client issues and sending it to respective teams
Comfortable working in rotational shifts (includes night shift)
2 rotational fixed offs
Flexible to extend work hours.
