  Accrete Globus Technology Pvt, Limited is looking for Technical Support Engineer



Job Description



We are looking for a Team Lead/ Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. The product being dealt with here is a Business Process Automation Tool. You have to provide on-call and email support to customers from varied industries who are working on the software.

REQUIREMENTS:

Hands-on experience with Windows/ Linux/ Mac OS environments
Good understanding of ERP, finance, retail, manufacturing.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Research mentality to understand new terms, features and processes.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, enable configurations, train client employees if required.
Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
Track issues and provide ETRs to customers and ensure the completion of work within the committed time.
Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until theyve solved a technical issue.
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
Ensure all issues are properly logged on the internal system.
Ensure that all resolved issues are tested before updating the customer.
Follow up with clients to ensure their ERP systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
