  Optech Engineering Private Limited is looking for Manager - HR & Administration



Job Description



As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the full scope of HR Management including Attendance, payroll management, salary administration and compliance management. This role requires a strong foundation in HR compliance, specifically with Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and Gratuity regulations, to support both skilled and unskilled labor across multiple states. Proficiency in SPINE HR software is essential, as you will handle payroll processing using this platform to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

Education: Masters degree in Human Resources
Experience: Minimum of [5-7] years of experience in Human Resources Management including hands-on experience in payroll management with a focus on multi-state
compliance.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SPINE HR software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, and Gratuity for a diverse workforce across various states.

Key Responsibilities-

Payroll Management: Lead payroll processing for a multi-state workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulatory standards.
Salary Administration: Administer salary processes, including tax filings, deductions, and benefits calculations, while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
Compliance & Statutory Management: Ensure adherence to state-specific statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other labor laws, for a diverse range of
workforce categories.
SPINE HR Software Utilization: Leverage SPINE HR software for efficient payroll processing, data management, and reporting.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on payroll and statutory compliance, ensuring readiness for audits and regulatory reviews.
Collaboration & Communication: Liaise with finance, legal, and HR teams to coordinate payroll activities and address payroll-related inquiries from employees.
