Job Description	CGI is seeking for a ServiceNow Developer who is looking to make an impact with public sector clients and help build a business line with our Denver Office. The perfect candidate would be a mid-to-senior level developer position with proven experience in ServiceNow ITSM and CSM. Experience in ServiceNow WSD (workplace service delivery) is a huge plus. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Expecting a proactive problem solver that can also facilitate client discovery sessions. Ability to develop technical diagrams to communicate complex ideas to technical team members as well as to non-technical team members from CGI s client teams. ServiceNow Developer - 3-to-5 Years ITIL / ITSM Experience 2-to-4 Years ServiceNow ITSM 3-to-5 Years ServiceNow - 2-to-4 Years Minimum Education Required: Bachelors Degree Or equivalent work experience OPTIONAL: Desired Qualifications/ Non-Essential Skills Meeting Facilitation - 1-to-3 Years ServiceNow Architecture - 1-to-3 Years ServiceNow WSD- 1-to-3 Years Project Leadership - 1-to-3 Years Duties and Responsibilities: Develops, designs, and implements technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Provides administration, application development, support, and technical services to clients by utilizing methodologies in web programming techniques to configure solutions. Develops and maintains integrations with other systems and applications, such as HR systems, ITSM tools, and third-party platforms. Creates and maintains workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards. Develops, designs, and implements technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Provides administration, application development, support, and technical services to clients by utilizing methodologies in web programming techniques to configure solutions. Develops and maintains integrations with other systems and applications, such as HR systems, ITSM tools, and third-party platforms. Creates and maintains workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards. CGI anticipates accepting applications for this position through January 3, 2025. CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $108,600 - $190,100. This position requires a **US CITIZEN** This position is located in Denver, CO or any CGI center of excellence; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
