  AtlasRTX: Leaders in Augmented Intelligence is looking for Software Engineer (.Net/ AWS)



Job Description

Software Engineer designs, develops, tests, and maintains the NICE software platform. Key responsibilities include all tiers of the NICE technology, including (but not limited to) design and development of NICE products and features, unit testing, code reviews, resolving defects encountered during the QA cycle, supporting the production environment, and assisting other developers in a team environment utilizing agile development processes. The Sr. Software Engineer will also mentor junior staff members and may be asked to propose cross disciplinary architectural solutions to difficult problems.

Quick understanding of Product design, issues, improvement areas
Design of software feature(s) per agreed architectures and requirements
Technology evaluations through POCs and architecture decisions, present architectures to team
Code quality and review
Handling system performance, scalability etc.

Have you got what it takes?

2+ years of software development experience, at least 2 of them developing in .Net enterprise software product
Software development experience in C#, .NET (.NET Core & .NET Framework), Linux, Maven, Git
Database Skills -- MongoDB, MS-SQL

A comprehensive familiarity and proven experience in OOD/ OOP.
Experience working on resolving scalability/ performance issues will be an added advantage.
Ability to quickly switch to alternative technology frameworks as and when needed.
Has high-attention to details and works well in a dynamic and intense environment.
Experience developing enterprise-grade software products that can perform, scale, and integrate into a broad enterprise ecosystem.
Experience in high performance, highly available and scalable systems
Deep Knowledge and experience with software design patterns and how they can be incorporated into software design.
Experience with Open Source Software (OSS) technology frameworks, platforms, and tools
Experience with enterprise Security requirements implementation

Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to influence others, especially in sensitive or complex situations
Passion to educate and mentor others in engineering best practices and patterns, team player.
Experience working with agile software development methodology
Knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and code performance
Knowledge of distributed systems, WCF, networking & connectivity
Experience in high performance, highly available, and scalable systems
Knowledge of Microservices and/or Cloud-Native Development
Proven experience in operating within a global environment
Passion to learn new technologies, perform hands on POCs.
Overall leadership in technology
Ability to quickly switch from feature development to product support -L4
