QE Automation Testing/ Lead   




  Capgemini Technology Services (USA) is looking for QE Automation Testing/ Lead



Job Description

Candidate should have minimum 10 years of relevant experience with good functional in-depth knowledge in INS domain with Agile delivery model. Hands on experience in preparing Test Plan, strategy and present to the customer. Should have hand on automation experience in one of the frameworks (BDD/ Karate/ Hybrid) using Java/Selenium.

Lead the team of system engineers, prepare testing plan for Functional, E2E & Regression testing.
Experience in Automation and drive the test strategy and execution plan.
Work with business team for UAT test plan and coordination
Participate in Release GO/No GO meetings to represent the QA status.

Should be able to drive the daily, weekly cadence calls with customer & internal teams.
Experience in Offshore - Onshore working model
Should be well versed with complete SDLC process, collaborate with development teams to drive resolution of issues
Ability to drive customer calls like scrum ceremonies, triage meetings.
Should have open mind set to learn and adapt to new challenges.
