Job Description

Hiring Desktop Support Engineer - International process/ Freshers and Experienced for Technical Role
Only BSc, B.E, MSc, MCA, BCA candidates can apply

Mode of Work: Work from Office
Working Days: 5 days
Shift: US Shift

Educational Qualification: Only graduates
Experience: 0 to 8 months
Location: Hyderabad (Makthakousarali)
Salary: Upto 3 LPA + Incentives

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Customer Service Operations.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Desktop Transformation.
Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.

Ability to analyze and interpret technical information to provide appropriate solutions.
Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and tools to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and systems.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Customer Service Operations.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full-time education is required.
