  Tech Mahindra Limited is looking for Technical Support Associate



Job Description



Tech Mahindra Noida is hiring candidates for one of the leading International Telecommunication Provider with Excellent communication skills (English). Should have relevant experience in customer handling in Technical support for International Voice Process.

Skills Required :-

Knowledge of Ticketing Tool, Prior experience in US calling and in a semi tech or technical process
Basic understanding and troubleshooting of internet network connectivity, LAN, Bluetooth, hotspots, Wi-Fi vs Ethernet, Range limitations etc.
Basic understanding of Point of Sale Machines, Kiosk, Vending Machines & Retail Environment.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Applications i.e. O365.
Basic understanding and knowledge of Desktops/Laptops computer hardware & software troubleshooting.
Good knowledge of POS Machines.

Handling Inbound calls of US Based customer to resolve their queries related to routers, troubleshooting etc.
Should have Excellent Communication skills :- English
Should be flexible for rotational shifts/ Night shifts
Only Experienced candidates apply
Immediate joiners are preferred .
Location-NSEZ, Noida
Work from Office-5 days working with 2 rotational week offs.
