  Saatvik Solutions Private Limited is looking for HR and Admin Executive



Job Description

Candidate should have 0 to 3 years of experience in an HR role or related field (freshers welcome).
Strong understanding of Human Resource Management principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with employees at all levels.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities-

Manage employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
Coordinate HR generalist activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Assist in managing HR administration tasks including attendance tracking, leave requests, and benefits administration.
Support the development of human resource policies and procedures to align with company goals.
Collaborate with team members to resolve employee-related issues and improve overall workplace culture.
