  Elcon Cable Trays Private Limited is looking for HR & Admin Manager



Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate with MBA (HR) with 3+ years of experience in HR Administration, Recruitment & Selection, Contract Labour Management, Payroll Management and Statutory Compliance. Must have excellent communication skills.

Responsibility Responsibility-

1. Manpower Planning and Execution
Develop and implement strategic manpower plans to meet organizational needs effectively.

2. Recruitment and Selection
Oversee the interview process, including initial candidate screenings and facilitating recruitment activities.

3. Onboarding and Database Management
Ensure smooth completion of joining and induction procedures, and maintain accurate employee records in both digital and physical formats.

4. HR Documentation
Prepare and issue necessary HR-related documents, letters, and certificates in alignment with management requirements.

5. Attendance and Leave Management
Monitor and manage employee attendance and leave records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

6. Payroll Administration
Execute timely salary processing and ensure accurate and efficient payroll operations.

7. Employee Separation
Manage full and final settlements for departing employees, ensuring all financial and administrative matters are handled.

8. Exit Interviews
Conduct and document exit interviews to gather feedback and insights from departing employees.

9. Contract Labor Administration
Oversee the administration of contract labor, ensuring compliance and effective management.

10. Statutory Compliance
Maintain records and ensure adherence to all applicable statutory requirements and regulations.

11. Employee Services Management
Oversee and maintain records related to employee transport services and canteen facilities (outside food arrangement), if applicable.
