  Lanarsy Infra Limited is looking for Senior HR Executive/ Administrator



Job Description

Candidate should have 5 to 8 years of experience in HR Administration, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Induction & Training, HR Policy implementation, Payroll Process. Strong background in infrastructure projects, specifically those who have experience in electrical transmission and power distribution, water/ wastewater management, and civil projects would be preferred.

Role: HR - Strong Background in Infrastrucre Projects
Job Loacation: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Onsite (No Remote)
Only for Hyderabad Head Office

Candidate have to be possessive knowledge on following activities:

Recruitment, Talent Acquisition,
Employee Engagement,
Induction & Training,
HR Policy implementation,
Payroll Process,
Statutory Complaisance (EPF, ESI,Professional Tax , TDS etc.,)
Performance Appraisal,
HR MIS Reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)

General Activities :

Preparation of different type of letters like offer, appointment ,disciplinary actions, Transfer/Deputation ,increment etc.,
MIS Reports, Power point presentation.
Coordination and maintain data base
