  Fresenius Kabi (India) Private Limited is looking for Senior Executive - HR & Admin



Job Description

Candidate should be MBA (HR) with 2 to 5 years of experience in HR Administration, Generalist Activities, HR Operations, Recruitment, General Administration. Must have excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities-

Payroll and Compliances
IR
To review change control for HR Administration document change.
To initiate the plant Training Programs (Soft Skills Behavioural, Motivational, Leadership),
Responsible for internal communication.
Responsible for Corrective Preventive Action on Non - Compliances.

Authority:
Approve departmental documents like SOP, Log Books and HR records.

Accountability:
Accountable for overall HR related functions/ services.
