Job Description

Candidate must be an MBA in HR with strong exposure and experience as well as expertise in end to end HR activities and office administration. Must have exposure to HR Business Operations, HR Generalist activities. Exposure to Performance Appraisal. Excellent motivator and coach. Must be residing in Bangalore. Tech Savvy. Good Software Skills as a end user. Excel is a must. As a person you must come with good values, high moral and ethical standards.

Role & Responsibilities-

Recruitment, Induction. Letters, JD, Leave and Attendance, Training, Performance Appraisal, Exit, Project Management, Office Administration, Vendor Management, Client Management, Policies, Systems, MIS, Motivation, Coaching, Conflict Resolution, Task Management. Aligning man power with company objectives and goals. This is an full time office based job.
