Testing Manager/ Technical Lead   




  Tech Mahindra Limited is looking for Testing Manager/ Technical Lead



Job Description

Candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP technical roles, including experience with SAP S/4 HANA, with at least 1 year in a lead capacity. Strong proficiency in ABAP programming, along with knowledge of Fiori, UI5, and other SAP development frameworks. Familiarity with integration technologies (e.g., IDoc, BAPIs, RFC, SOAP, REST) and data migration tools. Experience in system performance tuning, debugging, and optimization of SAP applications.

Certifications:
SAP certification in SAP S/4 HANA, ABAP, or related technical areas is highly desirable.

Soft Skills:

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a focus on delivering high quality results.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead technical teams in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Lead the technical team in the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions within the S/4 HANA environment. Oversee the development and customization of SAP applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical specifications. Act as a point of contact for technical issues and provide guidance to team members on best practices and methodologies. SAP Development and

Customization: Utilize ABAP and other SAP development tools to create custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and workflows to meet business needs. Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions. Design and implement data migration strategies, ensuring seamless data transfer during S/4 HANA migrations.

System Integration and Performance Optimization: Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP with other applications and systems. Analyze system performance and implement optimization strategies to improve efficiency and responsiveness. Conduct code reviews and performance tuning of SAP applications to enhance performance and maintainability. Project Management and Coordination: o Manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of SAP technical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
