Job Description	Candidate should be Any Graduate/ MBA (HR) or a related qualification with 1 to 3 years of experience in HR Administration, Recruitment Support, Employee Relations, Documentation, Employee Engagement, Compliance and Policies. Must have excellent communication skills. Job Responsibility- Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate with teams to define staffing needs, manage end-to-end recruitment, Conduct interviews, screenings, and facilitate candidate selection and ensure smooth onboarding. Employee Relations and Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including team-building events and recognition programs. Act as a bridge between employees and management, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment. People Processes Adherence: Maintain HR records and manage documentation, Offer guidance to employees and management on HR-related matters, and Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR & admin departments.
