Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Mac and Windows environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of technical issues, ensuring a seamless user experience for our clients. Excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of application support in a technical contact center or voice-based environment.

Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of experience in technical support, focusing on Mac and Windows systems.
Strong knowledge of Mac OS and Windows operating systems, including installation and troubleshooting.
Experience with network configurations and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Familiar with MAC and windows
Prior experience in an IT service desk or customer support role.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
Certification in relevant technologies or support frameworks (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, or Apple certifications)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for Mac and Windows systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
Assist in the deployment of new systems and software updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and user satisfaction.
Document support processes, issues, and resolutions for future reference.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in technology.
Train users on software and hardware functionalities as needed.
