  Ample Technologies Private Limited is looking for Technical Support Executive



Job Description



Candidate should be Any Graduate with 0 to 5 years of experience in Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, Customer Support, Networking, Product Support, Troubleshooting. Must have excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships. Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.

Job Responsibilities-

Customer service/ Front-end customer handling by providing accurate information (e.g. Product repair options, pricing and accessory sales services)
Answer customers questions about specific products/ services
Troubleshooting technical-related issues and ensuring to resolve the issues within TAT
Cross-sell products
Promote accessory sales including add-on packs
Manage returns of merchandise
Coordinate with the other departments teams to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
Inform customers about discounts and special offers

Provide customer feedback to the Team Leader
Stay up-to-date with new products/ services
Escalate problems when unable to resolve customer issues
Adhere to the Ample and Apple compliance
From time to time complete the required Ample & Apple courses
Understanding of the retail sales and service process
Knowledge of computer hardware and software is an added advantage
Familiarity with consumer behaviour principles
Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
Track record of achieving sales and service quotas
