  Urbanaac Infrastructures Pvt. Limited is looking for Senior HR & Amin Executive



Job Description

Candidate should have 3-6 years of experience in an HR role (Specifically in Payroll & Statutory compliance)
In depth knowledge of Bonus Act, Factory Act, contract Labour Management
Bachelor`s / Master`s degree in HR (B.Com, BBA, BA., MBA, MSW, etc)
Proficiency in Payroll Processing, Payroll Preparation, Statutory Compliance, PF, Attendance Management, Provident Fund

Roles and Responsibilities-

Manage attendance, leave, payroll processing, statutory compliance, PF, ESIC, and other HR-related tasks.
Ensure accurate and timely Onboarding formalities to Off Boarding formalities and related task completion with all other HR activities to maintain smooth operations.
Coordinate with employees to resolve any issues or concerns related to their employment.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
