Job Description

Candidate should be Any Technical Graduate/ freshers with excellent communication and technical skills.
24*7 operation (US Shifts) & most of the times shift will be in EST hours.
Should be comfortable working in night shifts and commuting self-one sided.

Primary Skills

Technical bent of mind to isolate a problem quickly
Basic troubleshooting of desktop/ laptop and gadgets
Email configuration

Secondary Skills

Candidate should be comfortable with US shifts timings, Tech Support (Semi-Tech) voice process.
Customer service approach
