Walter Pack (India) Private Limited is looking for HR Cum Admin Executive

Job Description	Candidate should have 3 to 6 years of experience in HR Administration, Vendor Management, HR Operations, Attendance Management, Recruitment. Well versed in MS word, Excel, Power Point. Should come with Positive attitude, confident, flexible to shifts & target oriented. Able to manage multiple tasks. Should be target oriented/ Capable of handling work pressure. Manufacturing experience is additional advantage Role & Responsibilities- Maintaining Attendance system, leave records and compliances like ESIC, PF, PT Maintain effective communication within organization and resolve employees greviences Tracking Admin dept. expenditures and Maintain MIS report and monthly expense trackers. Vendor Management - Handling daily vendors like Housekeeping, Tea Canteen Etc. Sourcing candidates from various Job portals based on the company requirements, screening profiles, conducting HR round of interview, arranging technical interviews Joining and Exit formalities of employees Timely renewal of license under pollution act, factory act and other statutory requirements Coordinating with other team members for admin work like scanning, printing etc. Coordinating with courier vendor on daily basis and maintaining records for inward outward courier Coordinating with vendors like plumber, electrician, carpenter as and when required. Maintain stock record of stationery, HK and cafeteria and ordering material on monthly basis.
