Job Description	Candidate should be a Post Graduate in HR preferably having experience with benefits Should have 2+ years of business experience (international business preferred) Basic understanding benefits Customer service experience Highly technology literate, including Microsoft Office suite, CRM (Salesforce) Understanding of GDPR Second language a distinct advantage, English proficiency level required International/ global experience desirable Your primary objective will be to take ownership of HR Admin Manager and to deliver excellent and accurate documentation to our employees and prospective employees, supporting an excellent and timely enrolment to their benefits, providing information on benefits and updating documentation when and as needed. Key Responsibilities- To support the Benefits Coordinator with all benefits documentation Timely manage, upon onboarding, assigned cases to record any benefits needed Issue required forms for enrolment on benefits to the employees To liaise with providers and partners regarding enrolment to statutory benefits as well as enhanced benefits, where offered, in the contractual agreement To process and respond to all employee queries related to ongoing enrolment of benefits (pension, medical insurance, life assurance etc).
