  Version 1 Software Limited is looking for HR Administrator



Job Description



We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual to provide HR administrative support within a fast-paced, results-orientated organisation.

Role Responsibilities

First point of contact for incoming HR queries, the candidate will triage queries to the HR team and will also deal with incoming queries directly.
Provide administrative support for all HR programmes, process improvements & HR Systems across all HR streams, including Payroll, Onboarding, Offboarding and other HR Tasks .
Maintain and update HR System data as appropriate, ensuring the integrity of all HR data and GDPR compliance.
Provide effective general HR administration including generation of reports, filling, and issuing of employee letters and reference requests.
Support the wider HR team with key HR projects and other ad hoc duties as required.
Processing background checks and clearances for new joiners and current employees/ contractors, also, maintaining communication with the relevant key stakeholders.
Conducting right-to-work checks for new joiners and current employees.

Skills/ Competency

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proven organisational skills.
4-5 years of experience working within HR administration
Provide administrative support for all HR programmes, process improvements & HR Systems across all HR streams, including Payroll, Onboarding, Background verification checks, Offboarding and other HR Tasks .
Attention to detail including identifying and solutioning issues
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Competent using Excel.
Ability to deliver high levels of performance and service excellence while managing high volume workload.
