HR Specialist/ Admin Executive   




  Imperium Digital Network Private Limited is looking for HR Specialist/ Admin Executive



Job Description

Candidate should have a Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field with proven experience (1-5 years) as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist, with a focus on the Telecom Service Provider industry or a related sector.

Familiarity with industry-specific HR challenges and regulations is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, talent acquisition strategies, and employee relations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism.
De ta il-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR software.
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, and execute recruitment efforts for roles specific to the Telecom Service Provider segment. Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process.

Employee Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for employees in the telecom service segment, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner. Promote a positive work culture, open communication, and proactively address potential conflicts.

Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation processes tailored to the telecom service segment. Provide guidance to managers in setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and offering constructive feedback to employees.

Training and Development: Identify training needs within the telecom service segment and collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver relevant training programs. Continuously update training materials to align with the dynamic nature of the industry.

Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure adherence to company policies, HR regulations, and legal requirements within the telecom service segment. Stay informed about industry-specific labor laws and maintain accurate personnel records.
