  Automotive Components Private Limited is looking for Senior Executive (HR & Administration)



Job Description



Candidate should have 5 to 10 years of experience in HR & Administration role with expertise in Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI), Time Office Operations, Leave Management, Canteen Management, Welfare Management. Must have through knowledge on Statutory compliance (ESI, EPF, Labour Act & Factory Act). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly with advance Excel. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

MBA/ PGDM degree in HR/ Industrial Relations or related field preferred.
Understanding of End to End HR functions and best practices.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diversified teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and meet deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities-

One of the primary responsibilities is to identify the Manufaturing plants workforce requirements and devise a comprehensive plan to meet those needs.
Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting and screening applicants to conducting interviews and finalizing job offers.
Conducting orientation sessions, explaining company policies and procedures, assisting with paperwork completion, and providing necessary training to integrate the new employee into their role and team.

Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
Address employee concerns and grievances while maintaining a fair and positive work environment.
Handle grievances redressal process for employees, maintaining a positive work environment.
Ensure timely salary processing and statutory payments such as PF, ESI, and other benefits.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, leave management, and time office operations.
Coordinate welfare activities to promote a healthy work environment.
Oversee canteen management, including food safety and hygiene standards.
