Job Description



Candidate should have basic knowledge on Operating System (Windows & Mac)
Should have basic knowledge on Mobile & Tablet Storage
Basic knowledge on Wireless Networking and Troubleshooting Network related issues
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Exceptional Probing Skills
Should have Excellent English writing Skills
Good Comprehension, Listening and Communication skills

Experience: Fresher- 2 Years.
Excellent communication skill in Hindi & English is mandatory.
Only Graduates can apply.

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver high quality customer support via phone, email, chat and social media
Assist customers in resolving technical issues
Deliver First Call Resolution (FCR) by resolving customer issues during the first contact
Maintain high customer satisfaction rate
Assist customers with RMA activitiesJob Responsibilities:

Notice: Immediate or 15 Days Max.
Job Location: Hyderabad (WFO)

Salary Fresher - CTC- 2,12,000 LPA 3,00,000 LPA
