  ken Institute Of Executive Learning Pvt. Limited is looking for HR Coordinator/ Executive



Job Description



Candidate should have a A Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Additional certifications in HR (such as a Diploma in HR Management or related courses) are a plus.

Experience:
1 to 3 years of experience in HR roles, specifically in recruitment, employee management, and payroll processes.
Familiarity with HR software and tools for attendance tracking, payroll, and employee data management.

Key Skills-

Recruitment and Onboarding: Ability to manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting jobs to onboarding new hires.
Payroll and Attendance Management: Experience in handling salary calculations, tax deductions, and tracking attendance.
Employee Engagement: Proficiency in organizing and maintaining employee engagement activities.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle employee queries and assist in recruitment processes.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple HR tasks such as recruitment, documentation, and attendance tracking.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in maintaining employee records, payroll data, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle employee issues and queries in a professional and timely manner.

Role & Responsibilities-

Recruitment & Staffing:
Posting job openings on various platforms and screening resumes.
Conducting initial interviews and coordinating with department heads for final interviews.
Managing offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding new employees.

Employee Management:
Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases with information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, and warnings.
Addressing employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.

New Joining Formalities:
Ensuring all documentation is complete for new hires, including collecting necessary paperwork.
Conducting orientation sessions and ensuring new employees are well-integrated into the organization.

Exit Formalities:
Managing employee exit processes including exit interviews, clearance formalities, and final settlements.
Preparing and issuing relieving and experience letters.

Payroll & Salary Calculations:
Assisting in salary calculations and ensuring timely disbursement.
Managing deductions, taxes, and processing payroll documentation.

Attendance & Leave Management:
Tracking and maintaining attendance records.
Calculating leave balances and managing leave approvals.
