  Ceva Logistics India Private Limited is looking for Assistant Manager - HR & Admin



Job Description



Candidate should have 2 to 6 years of experience in HR Administration, Time Office Management, Statutory Compliance, Contract Labour Management, HR Reporting & Analytics. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with clear concise actionable messaging, and presentation skills. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
Have clear logical thinking and paying attention to details.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations

Role & Responsibilities-

Facilitate the performance of key HR functions including pre-boarding, onboarding, time & attendance, and offboarding of employees.
Documentation of new joiners as per internal and statutory requirements
Onboarding and Orientation: Assist in the onboarding process of new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Conduct orientation sessions and provide necessary information to help them integrate into the company culture.
Prepare & issue Appointments, Confirmation, Promotions & other letters to employees as applicable.
Leave & Attendance Management

Employee database management and Maintenance of the HR records and systems
Payroll Management/ Resolving payroll enquiries in a professional manner.
Process the full & final settlement of exited employees by providing inputs to the payroll team.
Bonus/Compensation Management / Reimbursement / Employee Referral Payments.
Medical insurance/ Health insurance management.
Policies and procedure documentation

Ensure all exit formalities are completed by all concerned parties as per the laid down process.
Strong knowledge in data management
Support with audits and quality reviews to always ensure data accuracy.
Prepare, update & periodically publish HR MIS Reports facilitating effective decision making.
Ensure timely deliverables are met with accuracy as metrics.
Should have experience in handling vendor payroll and have ability to handle the payroll by self.
Benefits Administration: Support the HR team in managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
