  Priyam IT Services Private Limited is looking for Technical Support Executive



Job Description

Candidate should be BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc in Computer Science (or equivalent) with 0 to 5 years of experience in Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, Chat/ Mail Support, Customer Support, Troubleshooting. Must have excellent analytical & communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities-

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for desktop-related issues.
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems using manual testing techniques.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot various applications software on Windows operating systems.
Offer product service by providing user training and resolving customer queries efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
