  Cognizant Technology Solutions Limited is looking for Technical Support Executive



Job Description



Candidate should be Any Graduates with good experience in Technical support & have proper educational & employment documents
Must have good knowledge in Networking &Troubleshooting
Should possess Excellent English Voice Communication skills (Versant test will be scheduled)

Should be comfortable working in 24/7 shifts
Demonstrates a strong Customer Service Orientation
Takes responsibility to follow up with customers to ensure their queries are addressed
Ability to effectively communicate his/her thoughts in a well-organized manner

Job Responsibilities-

Analyze online data to identify trends and patterns that can improve customer service.
Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to enhance customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to online customer interactions.
Develop and maintain dashboards to track customer service metrics.
Assist in the creation of customer service training materials based on data insights.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Conduct regular audits of online customer interactions to ensure quality and compliance.
Utilize technical skills to optimize online platforms for better customer engagement.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to share insights and recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in customer service and online analytics.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Support the development of new online features and functionalities to meet customer needs.
