  Greeksoft Technologies Private Limited is looking for Application Support Engineer



Job Description

Candidate should be BSc IT/ Msc IT (2022-2023-2024 Passout) with 0 to 3 years of experience in Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, Application Support, Remote Desktop, Troubleshooting. Team management/ Leading skills will be an add-on.
Freshers with Excellent writing and speaking skills can apply.

Skills and Abilities:

Having good knowledge of Linux.
Providing technical support and customer service to our clients.
Manage support inquiries via e-mail and phone.
Flexible to work at shift.

Good ability to work in a team environment with multiple team members.
Update users about request status and close request when users are satisfied with solutions
Remote desktop troubleshooting.
Escalate complex incidents/ requests to upstream technical groups
