  Areya Technologies Private Limited is looking for Salesforce QA (Manual Testing)



Job Description

seeking a skilled and experienced Manual Tester in the Salesforce Domain to join our team at our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in manual testing, along with expertise in functional testing, regression testing, SQL, SDLC, and writing test cases. Knowledge and experience in Agile testing, incorporating testing tools, and Java programming.

Experience & Skills-

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field with at least 2+ years of experience in manual testing
Strong knowledge and experience in functional testing, regression testing, and SQL.
Experience with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
Proficient in writing detailed and comprehensive test cases.
Familiarity with SDLC, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Ability to incorporate testing tools and frameworks effectively for efficient testing.
Experience in Java programming would be a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Salesforce Admin Certification Mandatory.

Roles and Responsibilities-

Plan, prioritise, and assign testing tasks to team members, in accordance with project requirements and timelines.
Review and analyse functional and technical requirements to develop test plans and strategies for various applications and systems.
Perform manual testing activities, executing test cases, identifying defects, and tracking issues to closure.
Design and maintain test scenarios, test data, and test scripts for functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure timely and accurate test coverage.
Identify areas of improvement in the testing process, propose solutions, and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide mentoring and guidance to team members.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to manual testing and share knowledge with the team.
