  Intelli Search Services Private Limited is looking for HR & Administrator (Male Only)



Job Description

Candidate should have Bachlors/ Masters Degree in HR/ Personal Management or related field with 1 to 4 years of experience in HR Administration, Housekeeping/ Office Management, Vendor Management, Attendance Management. Punctual & proficiency in computer knowledge. Must have excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibility:

1. Security Services attendance & bill preparation
2. Handling canteen, housekeeping attendance & bill preparation
3) Employee travel & hotel/ local booking
4) Assist to handling of FRRO (Foreigners Registration)/Visa Management
5) Have exposure in ISO Audit
6) Communication with vendor & receiving quotations
7) General Management (Guest Management/ Reception/ Monthly MIS/ Stationary/ Safety)
