  Kantaflex (India) Private Limited is looking for Senior Executive - HR & Admin



Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Executive - HR & Admin to oversee the smooth functioning of HR and administrative operations across our 3 Factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects, including Time office, Leave Management, accounts, housekeeping, security, staff welfare, and statutory compliance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR and Administration roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of statutory regulations and compliance.
Ability to handle diverse responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Management:
Accountability for accounts at all three plants.
Petty Cash monitoring

Housekeeping:
Supervisor & Monitor Housekeeping employees
Maintaining Check List for all the areas
Keeping the entire Shop floor, Admin Office & Factory clean and neat
Managing Contract Workers for Housekeeping:

Employee Safety:
Distribution of PPES
Safety Training
Taking action against employees not following safety procedure

Security In-charge:
Supervise security personnel.
Bill processing
Verifying the register books
