Job Description

Candidate should have 4 to 7 years of experience in HR Administration, Contractual Payroll, Employee Relations, Grievance handling, Compliance and Policies. must be Proficient in MS excel. Able to work in Starlink/ Saviour software. Strong interpersonal & written communication skills.

Role & Responsibilities-

Time Office
Contractual Payroll (Manpower Management - 250)
Legal compliance (Factory Act, labour act, annual, quarterly & monthly return)
Training Calender
Admin - Housekeeping
Salary, contractual salary i.e. Attendance daily, PF, EDLI
MIS
Grievance handling
Contract manpower recruitment
