Job Description

Candidate should have Any Bachelor degree with PG Diploma in HR with minimum 3 to 5 Years of professional experience in Human Resources. Must have extensive knowledge of HR policies and procedures, excellent verbal and written communication, Accuracy in work, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. Excellent MS Office skill with pivot table ability/ e Time Track lite software knowledge with Tally Software experience is an added advantage

Role & Responsibilities-

Pay Roll Process
Staff Salary & Wages, Statutory monthly deduction management of EPF/ ESI/ TDS/ Professional Tax

Staff Attendance
Staff daily attendance/ Leave/ Late management/ Manhour management

Staff Benefits
Monthly Allowances/ Reimbursement claim settlement/ Staff Insurance policy management

Statutory Filing
EPF/ ESI/ TDS/ Professional tax payments & Return filing

Client HR compliances
Project Sites - Client HR Compliances documents submission as per respective State laws

Supervise and Lead
Plan, direct, and implement strategies related to the organizations overall HR goals and career paths.

Database Management
Maintain, create, and update all document related to HR processes including employee files, policies, procedures, and legal records and Ensure compliance with state, central , and other applicable laws and regulations.
