  Miracle Events & Entertainment Company is looking for HR Administrator



Job Description



Candidate should have a Bachelor`s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (preferred) with 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or a similar role, preferably in the event management industry. Sound knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Role & responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, create job descriptions, and conduct candidate screenings and interviews.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks, to source potential candidates.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances, in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys, analyse feedback, and implement improvement plans based on the results.
Develop and implement programs to recognize and reward employee performance and achievements.

HR Policy Development and Compliance:

Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Stay informed about changes in employment laws and update company policies accordingly.
Educate employees and managers on HR policies and promote adherence to established guidelines.
