  Indevia Accounting Private Limited is looking for Senior HR Executive/ Administrator



Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role will primarily focus on driving talent acquisition strategies and ensuring seamless HR operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of recruitment processes, HR policies, and operational efficiency, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Candidate should have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree or HR certification is preferred) with minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and HR operations.

Required Skills:

Proven expertise in recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS, payroll systems).
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
